Karl Rehn and other members of the KR Training instructor team are available to consult as expert witnesses in civil and criminal trials. Karl is certified by the state of Texas as a firearms expert, in addition to multiple certifications from the National Rifle Association, Texas Department of Public Safety, Texas Commission on Law Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security, and many private sector academies such as Rangemaster, Simunition, and Massad Ayoob Group.

We can provide employee training for active shooter response. Working with our partner Lone Star Medics, we can provide integrated unarmed, armed and medical response instruction for any size business, church, school, or public facility. Three KR Training instructors are certified in the new School Safety/Active Shooter response class developed by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
We can also provide employee training for retail gun shops and NRA range safety officer certification for shooting range staff. Retailer training includes discussion (and recommended answers to) common gun buyer questions, instruction in assisting customers with holster and accessory selection, gun safety in a retail environment, and much more. Range officer training teaches management of shooters on a firing line, dealing with problem shooters, firearm malfunctions and other topics.
KR Training can provide individual coaching (typically on weekdays) for shooters of all levels: from those with disabilities and limitations, to public figures wanting private, confidential instruction, to competition pistol shooters needing instruction beyond the material covered in group classes.
